Global Siksha Editorial · 28 Jul 2026The BCECE Board published online counselling instructions for the paramedical groups of DCECE 2026, the intermediate-level (PM) and secondary-level (PMM) paramedical courses in Government and approved private institutions of Bihar.
- Download the rank card from the Board website, then log in to the DCECE (PM/PMM) portal with the registration number and password.
- Choose as many colleges and courses as you wish in order of preference, and lock the choices before the last date. Unlocking needs an OTP on the registered phone and email.
- Choice filling is a one-time activity. A candidate who skips the first round is not given another chance in later rounds.
- Seats are allotted on merit-cum-choice. Candidates unhappy with an allotment can opt for upgradation in the next round.
