These terms apply to the Global Siksha Education Trust website and enquiries made through it. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy. Last updated: 8 October 2026. If you do not agree, do not submit an enquiry or use the website to request assistance.
Our role
We provide education counselling, course exploration, college shortlisting and admission application assistance. We are not a university, an admission authority or an examination body. A directory listing does not represent an institutional partnership, reserved seat or official endorsement.
Admission decisions
Institutions set eligibility, entrance requirements, selection rules, deadlines, document checks and programme availability. Only the relevant institution can make an admission decision. Counselling or application assistance does not guarantee admission, a scholarship, an examination result or employment.
Website information
Course descriptions are general introductions. News and admission updates may summarise published information and link to official sources. Confirm current eligibility, recognition, programme mode, dates and institutional charges directly with the institution before acting. Please report an inaccurate listing so we can review it.
Enquiries and communication
Submitting an enquiry requests contact from our team; it is not a college application, admission confirmation or service booking. Provide accurate contact details and describe your requirements. You may ask us to stop contact by emailing support@gseducationtrust.com. A response time or availability is not guaranteed merely by submitting the form.
Agreed assistance
Any paid assistance is agreed separately in writing before work begins. The agreement should state the scope, responsibilities, amount, applicable taxes, payment schedule and any cancellation terms. Institutional tuition and application payments are separate. Do not treat an enquiry acknowledgement as an invoice or payment instruction. Ask for confirmation through our published contact details if a payment request appears suspicious.
Cancellations and disputes
If you need to change or cancel agreed assistance, contact us promptly. Any amount payable or return of a payment is assessed against the written agreement, work already completed and applicable law. Institution payments are governed by the institution's own rules. Nothing on this website removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of applications and documents, checking final submissions, meeting deadlines and reviewing official communications. Never provide false information or altered documents. We may decline assistance that requires dishonest or unlawful conduct.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse enquiry forms, send spam or unlawful content, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service or collect personal information from it. We may restrict abusive use and report activity where legally required.
Intellectual property
The trust's branding and original website content are intended for personal educational reference. Do not reproduce our logo or present our materials as your own service without permission. Third-party names, images and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.
External sources
Links are provided for reference and convenience. We do not control external websites, their availability, services or privacy practices. Review the official terms before submitting an application or payment to another organisation.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but interruptions and errors can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying solely on general website information or by an institution's independent decisions. This does not exclude responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the enquiry information we collect, its use and how to request correction or deletion. Do not include passwords, bank account credentials or sensitive identity documents in a website enquiry.
Governing law and resolution
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Contact our office first so we can try to resolve a concern. Where a dispute needs formal resolution, the competent authority or court and any applicable statutory rights will determine the appropriate procedure.
