Bihar ITI admission 2026: offline spot admission Round 2 at institute level

Candidates not admitted in earlier rounds could apply at ITIs until 20 September 2026 for the spot admission held on 21 September.

The BCECE Board announced Offline Spot Admission Round 2 for ITICAT-2026 after the first offline spot admission on 7 September 2026. Candidates who had not been admitted in Round 1, Round 2 or the mop-up counselling were eligible. The round was held at the Industrial Training Institutes themselves.

  • Last time to apply: 20 September 2026 at 3:00 pm.
  • Admission against available vacancies: 21 September 2026 from 10:00 am, on a merit-cum-choice basis.

Candidates had to carry original documents and one set of self-attested copies. The district Government ITI could give further information.
